History

Sicca symptoms describe xeropthalmia (dry eyes) and xerostomia (dry mouth).

Can have extra-glandular involvement: skin, joints, muscles, thyroid gland, lungs, heart, GI tract, liver, kidneys, pancreas, CNS, PNS

associated increased risk of lymphoma - 16-44%
