Need to train students and residents to teach others
If someone doesn't thrive in bench-side research, equip them to go into communities and work on societal problems. It is likely this is where they will shine!
residents are excellent teachers of not only knowledge but also values of importance to students (Hafler, 2003, Johnson et al, 1996)
