Goals and Objectives
Goals help keep a team focused and provide guidelines for progress.
Goals should be SMART:
- specific
- measurable
- attainable
- relevant
- time-limited
Goals
- to have a great quality textbook resource
- to share the resources with students who need it
- to see students use this to directly improve clinical practice
- to see users further share information with their peers
- over coming years, increase awareness
Over course of four days, develop plan and contacts to find 200 students authors from around the world. Have 200 articles written by March 2011.
