Extensive and febrile form, especially in children, is called Stevens-Johnson syndrome.

An array of multiform lesions, including macules, papules, vesicles, and bullae, as well as characteristic target lesion.

Appears to be mediated by CTL killing of epidermis, potenitally basal cells.
